MIAMI, May 18, 2026 -- Gold Coast Schools has rolled out a new subscription model for real estate professionals in Florida. The program, called the Gold Coast Real Estate Continuing Education Membership, offers three distinct tiers designed to give agents more flexibility in how they access their required courses.
The membership replaces the old system of buying individual classes one at a time. Instead, agents can now pick a tier that fits their budget and career stage. The goal is to make continuing education less of a hassle and more of a tool for growth. Each level provides access to the coursework needed for license renewal, but the higher tiers add extras like professional development resources and advanced training modules.
Gold Coast designed the model with the working agent in mind. Many real estate professionals juggle tight schedules and fluctuating incomes, so the tiered approach lets them pay for only what they need. The company says this structure removes the guesswork from planning continuing education and helps agents stay compliant without the usual stress.
By streamlining the process, Gold Coast hopes to shift the focus from simply checking a box to actually building skills. The membership is now available for enrollment.
